What is the URINCare™ Bladder Management System?

The URINCare™ Bladder Management System is an innovative, non-invasive solution designed to help men manage urinary incontinence comfortably and discreetly. Utilizing patented sensor-driven technology, the system actively removes urine from the body and away from the skin, helping keep users dry and comfortable.

 

Omni Medical Systems offers three solutions to meet individual patient needs:

URINCare CUP™ System

• No adhesives required

• Minimal skin contact

• Comfortable and reusable design

URINCare FLO™ System

• Hydrocolloid adhesive external catheter

• Designed for active lifestyles and overnight use

• Uses skin-friendly adhesive commonly found in advanced wound care products

 

Where does the urine go?

The URINCare™ Control Unit uses patented sensor technology to detect urine and automatically activate the pump. Urine is gently pulled away from the body through medical-grade tubing and transferred into a collection bag, helping keep the user dry and comfortable.

 

What collection bag options are available?

URINCare™ offers four collection bag options:

How do I know which URINCare™ System is right for me?

We recommend consulting your VA healthcare provider before selecting a system.

How do I know if the system will fit me?

Patients with a penis length less than 1.5 inches or a retracted/buried penis are generally not candidates for the URINCare™ System.

Yes. URINCare™ Systems are designed for both daytime and nighttime use by ambulatory and non-ambulatory users who meet the system requirements.

 

Is the URINCare™ System quiet?

Yes. The URINCare™ Control Unit operates quietly and is designed not to interfere with normal conversations or disrupt sleep.

 

Can I use the system while the battery is charging?

The URINCare™ Starter Kit includes two rechargeable lithium-polymer batteries. While one battery powers the system, the second battery can be charging, ensuring continuous use without interruption.

 

How are the batteries charged?

The included battery charger plugs into a standard wall outlet. A fully depleted battery typically requires approximately 2.5 hours to reach a full charge.

 

How long does a battery charge last?

Battery life varies based on urinary output and frequency. Under normal operating conditions, a fully charged battery typically provides at least 8 hours of use.

The compact control unit measures approximately:

Not yet.
